A leader within a services driven telecommunications organization, Brian worked within cross functional teams coordinating small and midsized projects focused on modeling customer service level agreements. With a target goal of maximizing corporate profitability, Brian improved existing systems and data sources by implementing new methods to generate accurate contract representation. Working within the Project Management department, Brian generated profitable solutions at the global level, presenting results to senior level management.
